The director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, said that the agency has reason to believe that Covid-19 was created in a Chinese government-run laboratory, the Continent Times reported this morning.
This is the first time the FBI’s classified assessment of the pandemic virus’s origins has been confirmed publicly. The laboratory leak theory has been disproven by a large number of researchers.
